Dr. Indraneel Ghose is the Science and Technology Counsellor (STC) in New Delhi since November 2012. Prior to that he worked for the Delegation of the European Union and the French Embassy in India. Born in 1965, he obtained his doctorate in Marine Geosciences from the University of Paris in 1997. He has also carried out post doctoral research at the National Institute of Oceanography in Goa. During his research career he has authored 5 articles in peer reviewed journals and made several presentations in international conferences. Based in the Embassy of Switzerland in New Delhi, The STC works closely with Swissnex in India.
